Requests are not bookings

A request does not reserve any services or guarantee availability. Selections you make are preferences. A booking only exists when you have accepted a final quotation and confirmed it with the relevant partner under that partner's terms.

Contract and payment

We do not take payments on this website. If you proceed, your contract for the travel services is with the Sri Lankan partner named in your quotation, and you pay that partner according to the stated terms, including currency, payment schedule, cancellation and refunds.

Before you confirm anything, your quotation states in writing which company you contract with, who invoices you, what is and is not included, and how cancellations, refunds and problems during the trip are handled. If we receive a fee from a partner for arranging your trip, the quotation says so.

Information on this website

We work to keep information accurate, but travel conditions, opening times, train services, park rules, entry requirements and seasons change. Sample itineraries and travel times are examples only. We do not guarantee wildlife sightings, weather, train seats, hotel availability or travel times. Always check official sources for entry and health requirements.

Governing law
