Swedish planning, Sri Lankan roots

We are a team of Sri Lankan-origin professionals living in Sweden. We know what Swedish travellers expect — and we know Sri Lanka as the country we come from.

Together with local tour and hospitality partners in Sri Lanka, we help you plan a trip that suits you, in Swedish or English.

About us

Good to know

All questions and answers
Is it really free to ask for a trip plan?

Yes. Sending a planning request costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. We review your wishes and, together with our local partners, prepare a proposed itinerary and quotation. You decide whether to go ahead.

Is my request a booking?

No. A request does not reserve hotels, transport or activities, and availability is not guaranteed until your trip has been confirmed with the local partner under the terms in your final quotation.

Who do I pay, and when?

You do not pay us through this website. If you decide to proceed, payment is made to the relevant Sri Lankan tour or service partner, according to the payment terms stated in your final quotation.

The quotation will state clearly which company you contract with, what is included, the currency, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms.

When is the best time to visit?

Sri Lanka has two monsoons, so there is usually good weather somewhere. The south and west coasts and the hill country are generally best from December to April, and the east coast from about May to September. The Cultural Triangle can be visited for most of the year.

Weather varies from year to year, and we cannot guarantee it — but we plan routes to suit the season.
